

Shipping costs are processed by weight and size of package and include the cost of packaging and a handling fee to cover administration.

If you have chosen to collect your items in person, this has to be done by appointment only as we are not in our studio everyday. Once you have placed you order, please contact us by email or phone to arrange a time to come to our studio address to collect your items. If you have chosen a delivery method, your order will be posted Monday-Friday only and we will aim to process and post out your order within 3 working days. A proof of purchase will always be acquired and a confirmation email sent out to you once your order has been shipped.
Within the UK we use 1st class Royal Mail delivery for small packets . For larger items/orders we use the Royal Mail Standard Parcels service as well as a reliable courier service. For Europe and Worldwide delivery we use the Royal Mail and depending on your location, delivery can take between 1-4 weeks, so please bear this in mind when placing your order.
